Items List

Learn how to navigate and use the items list page.

The Items List

The items list is the central hub for managing your menu items. From here, you can view all your items, search for specific items, and perform various actions.

The items list is divided into three tabs:

  • Items: This tab displays all of your standard menu items.
  • Variants: This tab displays all of your variant items. Variants are different versions of an item, such as different sizes or toppings.
  • Templates: This tab displays all of your variant group templates. Templates allow you to quickly create new variant groups with predefined settings.

Searching and Filtering

You can use the search bar to find specific items by name, description, accounting group, barcode, or tag. The list will update in real-time as you type.

Item Actions

By clicking the three dots next to an item, you can access a dropdown menu with the following actions:

  • Quick Edit: This opens a modal for making quick changes to the item's name, description, price, barcode, and tags.
  • Full Edit: This takes you to the full edit page for the item, where you can modify all of its details.
  • Delete: This will permanently delete the item from your menu.
