Creating and Managing Suppliers

Suppliers are the companies that you purchase your inventory items from. By adding your suppliers to Diinr, you can easily track who you are buying from and how much you are spending.

Creating a Supplier

To create a new supplier, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Suppliers page in the Back Office Workspace.
  2. Click the Add Supplier button.
  3. Fill in the required fields, such as the supplier's name and contact information.
  4. Click Save to create the new supplier.

Editing a Supplier

To edit an existing supplier, simply click on it in the Suppliers list. This will take you to the full edit page, where you can modify all of its details.

Linking Suppliers to Inventory Items

Once you have created a supplier, you can link them to the inventory items that they provide. This allows you to easily see which suppliers you need to contact when you are running low on stock. To link a supplier to an inventory item, simply select the supplier from the Supplier dropdown on the inventory item's edit page.
