Editing Items

Editing an Item

There are two ways to edit an item: Quick Edit and Full Edit.

Quick Edit

Quick Edit allows you to make fast changes to the most common item details without leaving the items list. To access Quick Edit, click the three dots next to an item and select Quick Edit from the dropdown menu.

The Quick Edit modal allows you to modify the following fields:

• Name
• Description
• Price
• Barcode
• Tags

Full Edit

Full Edit provides access to all of an item's details and settings. To access Full Edit, simply click on the item in the items list.

The Full Edit page is divided into several sections:

• Item Details: This section contains the same fields as the Quick Edit modal, as well as additional options for managing the item's availability and other settings.
• Variants: This section allows you to create and manage different versions of the item, such as different sizes or toppings.
• Images: This section allows you to upload and manage images for the item.
• Inventory: This section allows you to track the stock levels for the item and its ingredients.
• Analytics: This section provides detailed analytics for the item, including sales data and customer insights.
